At some point a couple stays ago, I had a brief email exchange with a manager at the Hilton who confirmed there are no suites. He was apologetic about it, offered to comp a dinner. The only thing I did was note in an otherwise-positive survey that I've never received a upgrade. The answer is: they don't have them to give. So I continue to just pick high-floor x01 room.
