Elite Benefits on Award from Spouses Account?
 
I have an upcoming stay starting with a GLONP from my account followed by a GLONP from spouses account (back-to-back). We will both be at the hotel. Currently Silver, I am considering the Surpass Card to get GOLD status for this trip. Silver gets virtually nothing. Gold gets a crappy continental breaky and free internet according to the HHV thread (and maybe an upgrade). I'm not likely to get any other use for the Gold status and already have a Hilton AMEX so won't even get much of a first use bonus for Surpass. No status with other chains so I can't do a status match.

Will I/We get Gold bene's for the whole trip even if only I am Gold?
