Problems logging in?
 

Anybody else having issues? Can't use username or number with the correct password.

I am having problems as well. Have you tried calling support?

Same problem, but resolved (for me) by requesting password via email....access now granted with no change from this end....

Seems to be fixed now. Whatever is was.... maybe they rebooted or something.

Ditto - was busted earlier and I couldn't make a reservation. I just showed up at my trusty HLE and begged for a car...And got one.

Problems Logging in Resolved
 

I know this is coming a bit late, but I thought I'd just jump in with a bit more information than you've had yesterday. We had a problem with one of our #1 Club servers which was preventing anyone from logging in. I understand that it effected multiple booking channels, not just the website. It was resolved a little after 5pm et.
