Hertz RDU
 

Hi guys,

I am flying into the RDU airport next Friday, at about 11AM, and I was wondering If I could get some answers to the questions below:

Some questions:
1) How is the gold service?
2) How are the upgrades ? (my rental has a PC for 1 car class upgrade, I reserved a F so the upgrade would be to a G.

I am a regular Gold Member.

And also any other feedback from people who have used this location would be great.

Gold service is the standard efficient check out and check in with the board showing your car location. I have always gotten an upgrade as a 5*. Hertz buses run very frequently to the lot which is on airport property. A few gas stations are just outside the airport property but it may be cheaper a little farther away.

Does any one else have any comments about the cars at RDU?

I did a return there the other day and everything went fine. Never checked out from there. Location is very convenient to the terminals and interstate -- buses run in a circle from A to C to Hertz.
