Act fast for that upgrade :)
 

Renting at RSW tomorrow. Got an email today about "upgrade for a special low price". Saw it 40 minutes later. Clicked on the link. Circle spun around for a while. Then I got a message "no longer available". Tease.

Hertz IT - they're peddling those upgrades and add-ons and can't even get it right to process if they get somebody to bite.

And its no special price. In fact I've seen the 'special price' cost more than if you just rebooked. I also noticed that Hertz lies in those upgrade emails and says my current reservation is a compact car, even though I actually booked a mid or full size and that shows in my confirmation.
