Hertz Receipts Seldom Work
Tell me it's not just me here...usually twice a month, electronic receipts don't work. Most of the time, they forget to send it (about half the time, actually), or (now) the emailed receipt is blank with links that don't work. Even their online 'request a receipt' method doesn't work.
Between this and never-usable reward points, I'm about ready to move on. |
Today I got an email but the link to receipt is not a link

It's hit or miss getting the receipt via email. I always login on the website, click on my name/account number and selects RECEIPTS to get one. They usually populate right away, so I check while on the bus/train to the terminal to make sure all looks good.

My last few reservations I can’t few the receipts on my account. It’s like it didn’t exist
