Sorry if this was Pinned or was documented in the FAQ.
Is there an email or an address which I could write in to senior mgmt in Hertz who handles feedback/complaints from customers?
I had an issue dealing with a Hertz licensee in Mexico which I wanted to write in to the appropriate department within Hertz Corp about.

Hertz exec office contact info
I recently rented a Hertz vehicle with bald tires (confirmed by Hertz mechanic on return). The car was unsafe for use for the duration of the rental and roadside assistance not helpful at all.
Customer service have not provided what they promised as restitution three times now
Does anyone have contact info for CEO or other leadership positions

Just got response from my email complaint to the execs
Not very satisfactory
I had a 4 day rental. I discovered the bald tires on day 2 after it couldn't climb out of a 3 inch pot hole in a driveway. Had to be towed out
On return to ABQ they gave me $100 voucher (which covered the tow) and reduced the 4 day rental to 3. Onsite manager explained that his system prevented him reducing any further - but advised if called customer service they would refund the entire amount, since the car should not have been rented
The email I received today stated that no further refund was due
