Yes, it does. You can select it at the time of booking, or you can add it at the rental counter. The price is typically the same. Choosing both LDW and SLI should mean you are well protected for any damage you cause as long as you follow the terms and conditions of the rental (i.e. no driving drunk, off-road, etc.).

Are you sure about this? I thought you needed to with a personal Amex Platinum.

I don't rent cars often and this is whats included on my car rental in the USA. I have the Personal Amex Platinum should I add or delete anything?
