Cross Country One Way Rental
Out of curiosity, how does Hertz determine the appropriate drop off time when driving across multiple time zones? I am picking up a car next month at an airport in EDT and dropping off at an airport in PDT. Is the Hertz system smart enough to realize the 3 hour time difference when I return the vehicle? In other words, if I pick up at 11am in EDT would I need to drop off at 8am in PDT to avoid extra day charge?
