Am I blind or has the partner loyalty program field on hertz.com disappeared?

It's on your Hertz Gold profile screen (not on the individual reservation checkout page):

Whatever you set here is the global default for all pending reservations.

The preferences do not work. I made two rentals since the website was updated and both rentals ended up crediting Gold Plus Rewards points instead of UA MP, despite having the number correctly inputted in my profile and declining "Gold Plus Rewards Points."

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I like to spread my earning around depending on length/cost of rental so this change is a pain.

I have never collected Hertz Points.
Now there's suddenly an X in the box next to "Yes. I would like to earn Gold Plus Rewards points."
When I untick and save I get the message "An unexpected error has occurred on your update."

I wonder if Hertz is double crediting to thank those who are still renting?

All rentals I have returned this week gave me Hertz points - even though my FF number was inputted, shows on the return receipt, and FF surcharge still assessed;

I also am earning 2X the Hertz points despite being PC (which I thought earned a 50% bonus?) A rental I returned last week, which did not have my FF # and earned Hertz points, only earned a 50% bonus...

As a follow-up, my 2 March rentals ended up double dipping. My last rental a week ago still has not credited to Hertz or FF. For the two double dipped rentals, Hertz points credited correctly (I'm also PC, +50%).

There are so many issues with the new website and app that I can't even begin to count.
