What email did you use. I keep getting a call accusing me of the same thing, I try calling but get put on hold during the day and I can't sit and wait cause I'm at work. The hours to call don't work with my work hours. I tried calling Hertz but they keep referring me to call Hertz Vehicle Control.

Just dial, put the call on mute and go back to work. Do it all the time and 60-minute hold times become a breeze.
