If you mean two different cards when you pick up the car, I suspect that the answer is no.

If you mean using one card when you pick up the car, and then using a different card to pay for the entire rental when you return the car, I am regularly offered this option -- at least by Avis/Budget. (I rarely rent from Hertz.) But why would you want to?
