Baton Rouge airport's location is corporate and does not have Ultimate Choice. There are lots of reports via Yelp / Google reviews of upsells at this location - if they offer you a better vehicle it's not complimentary.

I got charged for an additional authorized driver, despite the fact that it was my SO (who is actually a PC) and I have 5-star status and had to drive back to get it removed. Edit: I complained about this and other factors and they did write back to me with an apology. TBD if they change their ways.
