Grease Pencil Window Codes at Return

Just curious if anyone knows what the grease pencil codes mean that the return area people sometimes write on windows.

The other day my car got an "HW" written on the inside of the driver's window, and the guy said he didn't know what it meant but that it had come up on the screen when he logged in the car.
