Any new CDP and PC# valid till end of 2002?

Can I use this to rent a car even without the actual membership and the coupon on hand?
(As AVIS never check the AWD #)

I actually try to make a booking to the Middleeast, I tried all the CDP # on this web site and absolutely no discount whatsoever, why?
Is it that it is because I live in Hong Kong?
As if I change my place of residence to UK, the price drops and some CDP # applies!!
