Taxes and Fees when using a Hertz Voucher?
Hey guys!
I have two "Customer Satisfaction Certificates" and was wondering how they are applied to the rentals.
Are they applied to pre-tax/surcharge daily rate (therefore reducing the taxes) or only to the grand total?
Similar to that, if your daily rate is $49 and you apply a $50 voucher, will Hertz still charge you for the airport, concession fees, and so on based on the $49 rate?
