Are you getting Emails from Hertz?
 

I haven't received an email from them since August that was not directly related to a reservation, invoice, or even answering a survey.

No statements nor any promotional emails. I know Hertz is sending them because my husband account gets them to his email account.

I checked my profile, and my email address is correct - plus, as I said, I do get reservation related emails.

Anyone else see this happening?

I'm thinking of changing to another email address to see if my provider they're spam and not let them through, not even to my spam folder.

I haven't gotten anything either -- nothing in my inbox nor the spam folder. I do get emails about upcoming rentals and stuff from the Hertz Hub though... just nothing promotional from Hertz directly.

I'm thinking my ISP may have blocked off that domain as spam.

I'm going to wait a few days and change my email address with Hertz. I sent a note to customer service and I don't want to change the account until I hear back.

I also have not received anything in months.

I resurrecting this thread because it happened again...

I changed my email address to another that I use and the emails started coming in again.

After about 10 months I noticed they had stopped again. I made no changes to my profile.

My husband's account, with a completely different email address gets them regularly each week. This week he got a targeted promo for extra points based upon the rentals he does.

2 weeks ago I changed back to my original email address and still received nothing.

Today I changed it again to another email address. Note - one of them is an AOL address and the others are all gmail. I could see issues with AOL, but gmail? My husband always gets them to his gmail account.

I'm starting to get a complex :)

Just got a Hz email on 05/08/2017. It was something about driving on Historic Route 66.

Last week I got a 5x points offer for vehicle upgrades.
