How do you turn off NeverLost?

How do you turn off NeverLost?
I have a rental right now out of DCA - a NY plated 2014 Buick LaCrosse with the newer never lost (touch sensitive buttons on the top). I can't figure out how to turn the damn thing off. The thing's rotating ball thing is loose and the NL is facing down, and for some reason the touch sensitive buttons are keep sensing something and making that beep noise. I tried lowering the sound volume but the volume keeps turning on all the way on its own... Literally about the rip the cable out of the car

I'm in CT and leaving around 3am, before BDL (40 mins out of my way one way) opens and I have a lot of things I'm bringing back to DCA... Any advice?

I'd like to know this as well. The new NeverLost seems to have a camera. Not sure what it does, but settings allow you to turn on/off. I'd rather have it off...I usually turn the NeverLost away from me.

Yeah, the new ones have a cam so you can cam up w/a hertz rep.
Have no idea why you'd need a cam for that or if they even work.

Maybe put your hat over it if you're drinkin' a fohty

Hmm... the return rep at BDL didn't know how to turn it off and he just swapped me into a 2014 Avalon with <1k Score! Although it did make be ~2 hours behind schedule on my trip down to DC.

Angry Never-rent hertz neverlost again
I WILL NEVER RENT HERTZ AGAIN

NEVERLOST CAN NOT BE TURNED OFF.

IT KEEPS COMING ON WITH ITS ANNOYING SOUND EVERY 5 MINUTES DAY AND NIGHT.

I WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERTZ AGAIN.

AFTER CALLING HERTZ
THEY SAY IT CAN NOT BE TURNED OFF
EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR IT.

I Bring my own gps went renting cars.

I have never been given a car with NeverLost and I am at 38 Hertz rentals so far this year.
