2x NeverLost Points Promotion - Bonus Points Rescinded
Back in early October I got the 2x NeverLost bonus email...which gives double Hertz points for NeverLost charges thru Jan 2014. I just noticed that all of my previous NeverLost bonuses have been rescinded in my online activity statements. All of the qualifying rentals show the "NeverLost Double Points Bonus"...and then a newly-added corresponding entry with the same "NeverLost Double Points Bonus" name and a negative points listing--effectively wiping out the bonus points.
Just went back and read the terms and conditions from the email, and can't seem to understand why this is happening. Any ideas before I call Hertz this coming week? Anyone else seeing this in their online activity statements?

I spoke with Customer Service today and it turns out that the Hertz Neverlost Double Bonus Points have been incorrectly calculated for a large number of people (so check your accounts if you are at all concerned/interested). The agent pointed out that there was a line item on my account that contained no descriptor for those of us viewing our accounts through Hertz.com...but on the CSR's end, it says that it's the (re)addition of the double bonus points (but at the correct amount). Sounds plausible, so I wasn't in the mood to argue or press the issue any further...even though the online activity section could still be improved in this regard (but I guess today's interface is light years ahead of where we were only a few months back...).
