Hertz double upgrade?
Hi there,
I've searched the forum but couldn't find an answer to my questions. I made a booking a few months ago using the Hertz Double upgrade for 500 points redemption. I'm looking to make a new booking in the US now, and this option has disappeared from my Gold account. Has the Double upgrade for 500 points option been stopped? Thanks. |
Apologies for the bump -anybody know the answer to this, or can confirm that the option still appears on their account? Thanks

I hate losing options too but for the another 100 points you get the entire car free for a day for a Full size which I believe is the highest you could get to with the double upgrade award. It was probably one of the least used awards for that reason. Still, I hate losing options.
I've an intermediate car booked on a 16 day rental. Is a full size two categories above this? I can actually book a full size now for the same price as the intermediate was booked, but thought the double upgrade might score me an even better car.... Any advice? |

I didn't realise full size was the limit.

No the upgrades stop at F I believe. Are you a 5 star or Pres Circle level renter? They usually hook me up with a premium when I rent an F but I think that is only for 5* and above though I could be wrong.
