Does anyone know what a "second level" CDP is?
 

I am businessman who is currently enrolled in the Hertz BAP. I called Hertz in Oklahoma City via 1-800-654-8216 and spoke with Customer Service and request a greater discount for my CDP. The representative said I had been switched to a "second level" CDP from a "first level" CDP. However, when I checked on a few sample car rentals, my percentage of discount didn't change (it is still 10% discount off the current rates). I was under the impression that "second level" meant a stronger CDP and therefore, a higher discount percentage.

Hoping a Hertz employee can chime in here and tell me what exactly a "second level" CDP is?
