iPod connectivity

Hi,

Anyone knows if any of the Hertz fleet has a USB charging port for iPod? Thanks.

If you rent a car with the new NeverLost unit, it has a USB port on the side which you should be able to use to charge your iPod.

I had a Chevy Traverse in ROC that had IPod USB connectivity, and also had an Infiniti G37 today in IDA with the same. It was very nice as you can scroll through your albums, playlists, artists, etc. using the factory radio controls

You would be much better off to carry your own adapter from the lighter and hope you get a car with a working lighter socket.

And last night I got to BOI and picked up a Chevy Suburban LT with 500 miles on it. Had a moonroof, DVD player, leather, but no USB IPod connectivity. Kind of strange that a Chevy Traverse with limited options had it, but the Suburban with the entertainment package does not have it.

The 2010 Mustang Convertible I had at ECP a month or so ago had a USB port and "Ford Sync," which was pretty excellent with iPhone 3GS:
