Trying to get a quote on hertz.com using IE. I put in the airport code "YYJ", and the little blue drop-down menu shows up with the information, I click it, and the locaiton box re-populates to "Victoria International Airport". All is normal so far.

After selecting dates, times, car class, CDP code, etc., I click "Submit" and it comes up with this:

Anybody else getting this? I tried a few different locations and nothing works. I'll e-mail tech support and see what they say, if they even reply this time...

Works fine for me for reservations all the way to the final page where you enter your FF number and then click submit!

Yeah it started working again for me as well. Must have been an overnight glitch. I actually got two responses from tech support. The first was a detailed step-by-step on how to make a reservation online, in case I'd forgotten after 100+ rentals with various agencies. The second e-mail invited me to phone web support. Not sure which is worse, a non-response or two speedy useless ones.

Sounds like the pathetic replies I get when emailing them down here in Australia.

There is rarely a point in emailing them as their responses are of NO help.

Having the signature "Senior Reservations Consultant" also makes it funnier. If that's the best reservations consultant then geezzzz........


Back on topic - Had lots of problems over the past few days with the www.hertz.com.au website timing out and/or not loading properly.
