Honolulu Massage Schools?
I have searched several times, with several different keywords and nothing comes up. My family is coming to Honolulu in November. I have read everything posted over the last 2 months and have some great ideas for once we get there.
I am in search of a massage school to treat my wife, since she is flying over with our 8 month old and my parents (I am coming over 4 days earlier for meetings). I would love to get her a couple of massages the first couple of days once they arrive. Can anyone pass along some names and/or numbers for these Honolulu schools that everyone keeps talking about? Thanks for your help once again. |
I've only been to schools on Maui and Hawaii, but try these two numbers for Oahu. The All Hawaiian School of Massage runs the school on the Big Island, and their website doesn't mention the Oahu school, so I'm not sure if it still exists or not.
Hawaii School of Professional Massage 98-199 Kamehameha Hwy Aiea, HI 96701 Phone: (808) 227-5196 All Hawaiian School of Massage (808) 941-8101 1750 Kalakaua Ave Honolulu, HI 96826 If you search for Oahu massage schools some things come up for the other side of the island as well. Perhaps slippahs knows more. |
We usually go to massage places like Heaven on Earth or sometimes I send my S.O. to the Paul Brown spa in Ward, but not usually massage schools. Sorry, but I'll ask around!
FlyinHawaiian might know more about this than I. |
Send her to my massage therapist. Ruth is great and she constantly is going for continuing ed on new techniques. She is located across from Kahala Mall. You can make an appointment or contact her through www.ruthcarrollmassage.com. Treat your wife to the 90 minute massage for $75.00.
