Suite Paradise in Kauai?

Has anyone booked a condo with Suite Paradise in Kauai? We are going to Kauai in Aug for 7 days and looking into a condo. This place looks very nice. I'm just looking for some testimonials before I book with them. I would appreciate any info good or bad. Thanks.

I am not sure what you mean by a testimonial. I own a condo in Poipu Sands (part of Poipu Kai) and it is managed by Suite Paradise. They are a reputable company and manage a large number of condos in the poipu area. The other big management company is Aston which I recommend that you avoid. Or you can go with individual owners or a smaller management company. I would be happy to answer any specific questions about Suite Paradise, Poipu or Kauai. Also you should visit the MSN hawaii visitor information site -
http://groups.msn.com/HawaiiVisitorInformation .
There are a bunch of discussions about Kauai. Please see my experience at the Hanalei Bay Resort (another aston property) for the reasons I do not recommend them.

Also if you want to see a bunch of pictures of Poipu Sands, my condo and Kauai, you can visit my web page at

Alan,
Thank you for the info on your condo and suite paradise. Your condo looks very nice. The area seems great. This is our first visit to Hawaii and I'm learning as I go. My wife and I are bringing our grown kids and either need two hotel rooms or a condo. I'm leaning towards a condo. The extra room will be nice. thanks again.

Mephisto, I am sure you will have a great time in hawaii whereever you stay.

Feel free to email me with questions and join the MSN group (we need more traffic anyway). There are few things I enjoy more than talking about hawaii !

You might want to check out

www.kauaivacationrentals.com

I rented from them this past OCT. They were super nice and they have house's and condo's in almost all parts of the Island. I rented Pali ka Kua 104 it came to 1135.xx for a week. You can search by location, view, or # of rooms.

Very easy and nice people. It is located across from wal-mart. They will leave your keys @ the car rental agency desk for you.
