Limo in HNL?

Does anyone have a good stretch limo contact to and from HNL to town?
Also can I buy a phone card to put in my mobile and recieve calls.(there for 2 weeks)

We used Mikele Tours (Mike LaPuma). He was very entertaining and reasonable. His local Honolulu number is 223-7963.
