Tentative Agreement on Oahu Bus Strike
 
A tentative agreement between the opposing parties in the Oahu bus drivers' strike has been reached. Vote by bus drivers to accept will be on Saturday. If ratified, buses will resume running on Monday, Sept. 29th, with free bus rides for everyone for five days (Monday thru Friday). http://www.flyertalk.com/travel/fttr...orum/smile.gif

Update: Strike over! Oahu bus drivers have voted overwhelmingly to ratify a new five year contract. Drivers will return to work and buses will roll on Monday. FREE bus rides for everyone (including tourists)for the first 5 days (Monday thru Friday)!
