May I pack Oreos and kettle chips for SFO-OGG flight?

Hi - not sure if there are food / agriculture rules about this. I have excess oreos and chips from Saturday's party, and as the packs are already open, they'll go to waste unless I bring them for the vacation. Is there a rule about these snacks - can I pack them both in suitcase and carry-on?
Flying HA so will have tsa at SFO international terminal.

Thanks
Michael

That won't be a problem, you'd only have an issue if it was agricultural products.

Here is the form you'll have to fill out before you deplane in Kahului:

(It is provided to you on board the aircraft)

You really only need to be concerned with produce, fruits, live animals and the like.

Just be aware that with kettle chips, you'll have to sit in the back rows of Y. No upgrades or TSA Precheck for you!
