Any recent Lanai experiences you'd like to share?
Seems like a lovely combination of quiet/chill, with enough to do (in combo with lounging at the beach) to make a lovely week of vaca. Thoughts? Thanks!

Honestly, a full week on Lana'i is too long - unless you're a veteran Hawai'i visitor who is looking to specifically get away from everything and everyone and set aside any desires to see new or old favorite things on another Island.
Also - lodging is very expensive on Lana'i - you have three hotel choices, and two are Four Seasons managed resorts. The third is a nice hotel in town - but you'll need to take a bus to the Manele Bay resort if you want beach/pool time. 3 full days is about right for Lana'i - and it's easily combinable with time on Maui when you use the convenient ferry service from Lahaina. |
thanks
