HARPER Rental not offer LIS insurance (WTH!!!!). How can a get one?

As far as I almost fixed all my concerns about Muana Kea summit trip, I found a new problem.
After 3 mails to Harper Rental Car, which they never answered, I called yesterday (international call, hard to understand rental conditions by phone).
Money is not an issue in this case, cause you want to be covered.
BUT (a big BUT) they do not offer LIS insurance (or SLI or Extended Protection or whatever).
So I will be on my own in case of any third part claim.
What can I do? I always rent a car ALL INCLUSIVE (LDW + SLI + underinsurance-no insurance motorist, etc).
Is there any other insurance policy I can take to cover the SLI for the Harper SUV rental?
I do not know if I go on with the trip, thinking in my mind that if I just bump a dog or another car bumper, someone can claim thousand of dollars for that.

I am from Argentina, I have my own full insurance policy All Inclusive at home but, as in many other countries, it covers my own car and damages I can make with it, but not with any other car I could rent in any other place in the world.

By the way, also the Harper's LDW offer is a joke. You must pay the first u$s 2500 in case you damage their car in any way.

Why things have to be so complicated in the island?. I want to pay and just relax myself. Am I asking too much?

Anyone who can help, will be appreciated.

Does your credit card offer insurance coverage on rental cars? Are you sure that your insurance from Argentina won't cover you abroad? (Agents aren't always correct) Otherwise, I am out of ideas. I suppose that Harpers has made a business decision for whatever reason (cost? hassles? not meeting minimum volume requirements for the insurers). Who knows. I don't blame you for not wanting to self insure. That could be an expensive decision.
