Island Air and UA
 

I have searched the UAL and Island air sites and really could not find the answer I'm looking for. A search here on Flyertalk didn't come up with results either. Will the segments flown on Island air for inter-island flights give UA Mileage plus miles, and if so, do these miles and segments count towards UA status.

No mention of EQM. I'd guess that implies that you get none. I got 0 when I had an Aloha segment years ago.

Yes, you can credit WP flights to UA.

No, they don't count for status.

In the past they have been 500 miles per segment.

I don't know how UA is going to count them now with the devaluation of its own mileage earning on <500 mile segments to actual flown miles.

I've found that I even can get UA miles on IslandAir award tickets "bought" with UA miles; just put your UA number in at IslandAir OLCI :)

Just got 500 RDM for a WP flight HNL-LNY so they are giving more than actual. No EQM or EQS however.

OLCI stands for online check-in or web check-in.

How long for Island Air flights to post to MP account
 

I flew 4 flights on Island Air 4 weeks ago and find it ironic that the miles haven't posted to my UA Mileage Plus account. Has any one had experience with this and how long should I wait before pursuing this further.
