On-line booking for partner FF miles help

I'm trying to book LAX-HNL and recieve miles for AmericaWest (partner). The trouble is
that the only 3 choices beside first class
(Super-saver, Saver, & Anytime)all come up in the itenerary as 'H' Class fares. How do you book a reasonable fare and not end up with 'H' or 'K' class (which are not elegible for partner FF miles according to the fare rules) ?

This is one of the games Hawaiian plays with it's frequent Flyer "partnerships." Trying to figure this all out can be time consuming. It would be nice if Hawaiian would just stop the game playing here....

I went through this a couple months ago; the website booked an eligible outbound and an ineligible return. After many emails to HA, they agreed to upgrade the ineligible segment to the next class of service for approx. $50.

I now have a roundtrip eligible for HP mileage which I upgraded to F/C using American Express Membership Rewards points....
