Is virtually there just broken for me?

I can't seem to view my itinerary on virtuallythere.com. I have the e-mail and the link I enter the last name of the passenger and I get an error

"The information entered does not match a valid reservation. The Reservation Code or the Passenger's Last Name may have been entered incorrectly, or the reservation may have expired. Please try again. If you need assistance, please contact your travel arranger."

Please Help!

Why don't you do what it says and contact your travel arranger?

You might have the wrong record locator. Other possibility is that you have to use the link as directed due to passwords, etc. if the reservation was made by a travel agent using SABRE.

Those links that HA sends in their e-mail confirmations have NEVER worked for me - I've always had to log in separately.

Thanks, That hint helped the link is broken. half on 1 line then half on the next. When I copy both lines into the address area it works!
