When did Hawaiin stop giving american miles
When did Hawaiin stop giving advantage points on there mainland flights?

They didn't. Certain classes of service (H and, i think, K) don't earn AA miles, but can still earn Hawaiian Miles. I don't know whether that has always been the case, or whether it started later.

Qualified booking classes for AAdvantage credit when ticketed on Hawaiian Airlines include: B,M,Q,V,W,Y in coach, and F,P in first class. aloha |
