Applying the Companion Fare/Finding the Code
 

A family member with a Hawaiian Airlines Mastercard is trying to book a Companion Fare, a benefit that apparently is available to the cardholders. Yet, they never received the said code in their e-mail even though all other card-related messages, such as statements, show up with no problem.

Yesterday we tried chatting with Hawaiian, but it took us an hour, and we were basically given the runaround: no-one seemed to know what to do. Finally they were able to certify that the initial Companion Fare has not been used, and should be valid for the cardholder.

Today in contact with the call center they refused to book a trip on the phone, and said to wait for an e-mail (that never arrived in the first place?!). This is getting very frustrating.

Anyone has any idea who to contact next because so far the customer service with Hawaiian has been abysmal, and even HUACA doesn't seem to help.

Just guessing but I'd bet that the code was delivered. I thought mine had never been delivered and eventually found it in my Spam folder. Have them search again & cross your fingers. :)

Mine was delivered via email, but I basically can't use it - every time I try, it says it's not available for that route. Even though it is. PITA.

Does anyone mind sharing the subject line to search for?
