How Long for 50K Miles Sign up Bonus to Post?

I'm trying to book first class award tickets to Hawaii. I don't have any Hawaiian miles but I was thinking of getting a Hawaiian credit card for the 50K bins and also transferring in Bonvoy points.

How long from ordering a credit card to charging $2000 to qualify for the 50K bonus miles for the bonus miles to points?

I presume I can't hold an award reservation without having the miles in my account?

I'm still waiting for any HA miles to post after three months. Unfortunately dealing with Barclays Bank is like being in the Ninth Circle of Hell.
