Hawaiian Air Points Upgrade on JetBlue Codeshare

I would like to book through Hawaiian Airlines with cash a coach ticket that has three legs: JFK > LAS > HNL > LIH. Iíd like to upgrade to first using 50,000 Hawaiian points. The first leg from JFK > LAS is a JetBlue codeshare. I canít seem to get a straight answer from HA on whether I can upgrade all three legs (which would mean JB Mint for the first leg) using the 50,000 point upgrade. Would appreciate any thoughts!

I have no idea if want you to be done can be done. Since you've asked for thoughts - HA does not exactly have a robust frequent flier program - but the advice to hang up and call again above is not a bad one.....

I don't know how many people on UA's BOS-SFO & BOS-LAX flights are heading onward to Hawaii, but HA's new service should siphon a lot of it off. I hope the route is a big success. Nice 'Get' for BOS. As for UA, they're getting squeezed from all sides at BOS...B6 and DL are entering every market they thought was theirs.
