Hawaiian Airlines extra Comfort seats

Anyone hear of Hawaiian Airlines cutting some of the frillies you get on the extra comfort seats? I heard as of Sept 1, you have to pay for pillows and blankets and no free TV. Also, anyone have any feedback on the infamous seat's in row 11, 12 and 13 on their Airbus out of Vegas. Flying to Honolulu in April 2018 with 91yr old and wonder if that will be a good choice.

I haven't heard of any changes to the extra comfort seat benefits but I don't recall seeing blankets and pillows offered in those seats for a long time, then again, I never use the pillows or blankets. Rows 11-13 are very popular and usually sell out pretty far in advance. With Hawaiian converting more planes to lie flats, those planes only have Rows 11 and 12 available for extra comfort. I think if you can get any of those rows especially two seats on either side, it's a pretty good choice.

I flew SFOHNL on HA11 last week and there was no pillow & blanket. There were no movie options, but a few tv shows were available. My last upgrade to extra comfort on 5/11 included the pillow, blanket, and some movies.

The TV pack is still free in Extra Comfort. The pillow and blanket were cut.

Typical short-sighted airline executives!

Did they also cut the enhanced meals for Extra Comfort on international flights?

That was already cut a while ago.
