Stopovers allowed on HA award flight

I am booking a HA award ticket from JFK to LIH via HNL for 20,000 miles.
I was wondering if a stopover is allowed at HNL for 2 nights and the continuing onto LIH.
I cant figure out any way to book it online and when I called they said maximum stayover is 4 hours based on baggage but I don't think he really understood what I wanted to do.
From what I could read here it seems stopovers should be allowed http://www.hawaiianairlines.com/Hawa...d-flights.aspx

Anybody have any experience??

Any help is much appreciated as I am booking tomorrow

Thanks

"Stopovers" are not permitted on HA awards, however, since each leg is priced individually and one way awards are allowed, you could build in your own stopover and it would price out the same. You would just have to do a bit more searching for availability.
