Interlining Luggage from HA to GO
 

We are traveling in July on Hawaiian Airlines from Phoenix to Honolulu. We were unable to get seats on HA for connecting flights to Kona without a four hour layover so we purchased tickets on GO! with a 90 minute layover.

I am wondering whether I will be able to check our luggage from PHX to KOA by interlining between Hawaiian and Go, or am I going to need to pick up our luggage in HNL at baggage claim and recheck it with Go. Any help would be appreciated.

Never tried that. Perhaps someone here has done it?
If not, I would call go! directly and ask if they interline baggage with HA.
Then call HA and ask the same question.
If they both say yes you are fine to check all the way through.

If you hear a no, you will have to collect bags & re-check in at go!

The good news is all of this is in the same terminal, so 90 mins is not impossible. Collect your bags, take the elevator up and walk them over to go! check-in.

BTW, stunned that you could not get a better connection with HA. That is a bummer.
