UA Inclusively Extends Million Mile Benefits

UA announced today that million mile flyers will be able to extend their status (e.g., 1K) to their spouse or significant other.
I can't recall a mainline airline announcement of similar import that didn't restrict applicability to a husband or wife. I'm pleased and think this is good progress.

I think the OP was just not very serious about getting demographics. He (or she?) ran away screaming when this gay forum was mentioned. He came across as very immature in that thread.

I don't get how this is GLBT related? Is it in the thread somewhere? Do GLBT folk automatically have a great fashion sense?

That one really ticked me off at Hilton since I was on the wait list for a room and they wouldn't let me diamond force a room and then someone else manages to get a room that doesn't want anything to do with CLAW
