Google it and you will find that certain weeknite, some guys prefer a bar to the others, and perhaps just download the Grindr app, and just chat guys up.
They are pretty friendly and will offer a suggestion or two.
The 2 that I've been too were kinda smallish comparing to the US big cities gay bars. One was even playing kinda "jewish" disco music.
