Garbo's, Sama (now closed :-( ), Apache's, Frida, Los Amigos, Reinas. I dont think any of those are stripper oriented, or pay for play type bars.
Personally I found that Blue Chairs is the exception instead of the rule in PV. It is not my cup of tea either, but I really enjoy all the bars I listed above, and have never been approached by an escort in one of them...
