This hotel is quite new and the rooms are nice. The location is near the red light district (you have to decide if this is good or bad :D ), bus as well near the main rail way station, so you don't have to walk long to the public transportation.
You can even walk to the city center by 10-15 Mins.
The restaurant is claimed "healthy". It was ok, when I was eating there.
