Leave baggage for a week
 

Hello! I am currently in Germany from Chicago with a lot of baggage. I want to go in Bulgaria for a week, before leaving Germany, but I can't check in all my baggage and I can't leave it anywhere else. I was wondering are there any storage places at the Cologne/Bonn airport or any services like that. Are they expensive? What other options do I have? Thank you!

You can rent left-luggage boxes around the clock for reasonable prices at Cologne mainstation before going to the airport. I don´t now the exact price, but of course it depends on the amount and size of your luggage.

Some of the lockers can only be used for up to three days/72 hours, so you may want to check before depending on that. I don't know the specific rules for Cologne. There may also be a left luggage service with attendants that you can leave them longer.

Alternately, when I was in Athens a few years back, we actually left some of our luggage at our hotel in Athens when we went to Rome for a few days. You may want to see if there's something like that you can do with wherever you're staying right now.
