First of all, quarantine yourself.

Then, book a PCR test appointment, and obviously let them know that you've tested positive on an antigen test beforehand, so they can protect themselves (better).

Small chance the antigen test was wrong, but besides that, you're supposed to quarantine for 10 days (afaik, rules are changing frequently and might differ from Bundesland to Bundesland) unless you test negative - I think that's only possible after 5 days at earliest.

As long as you're fully vaccinated (with Moderna or BioNTech) and especially if you got the booster shot already, I'd not worry too much about the infection itself on yourself.

This thread made me wonder what the guidance/requirements are for travelers who test positive away from home. Can’t seem to find anything official on government websites. Are hotels allowed or required to host positive guests? Does the German government have any designated isolation hotels/facilities?

Hotels can host positive guests, the usual precautions will apply. Rapid tests are always verified with a PCR test, in Munich they are done in 3-5 h, so certainty comes quickly.
