Frankfurt morning layover

I have a 7hr layover in FRA on Tuesday from 0530-1230, and was trying to figure out what to do. I've done Mainz before and have been in Central Frankfurt as well. Any other ideas?
Cheers
Howie

Yeah thought about it, but even the fastest train shows upwards of 51 minutes each way.with a transfer to the S-Bahn. Figuring I could just grab breakfast somewhere, and have a walkabout.

Provide some more info on what you like. What about a bike tour? Or relaxing in the botanical garden (Palmengarten)? Or Frankfurt newly-opened (completely renovated) old town quarter (see Dom-Römer-project on Wikipedia which has been praised by the press and the locals?

Breakfast in the welcome lounge followed by plane spotting from Startbahn West plane spotting point?

If you are an AvGeek, then here is an option: have breakfast somewhere in the Squaire, and then go back to the airport for a tour: https://www.frankfurt-airport.com/en...gn=AirportShop

The first one starts at 10 AM if I am not mistaken and last 60 minutes.

I haven't been into Frankfurt in a couple of years so maybe the old town quater would be nice!
