For car enthusiasts, there would be the Opel factory in Rüsselsheim, which is just 15km from the airport. However factory tours are only open Monday to Friday.

If you love nature, grab a cab and let them drop you off at the "Schwanheimer Duene", which is 5km to the north of the airport. See this wikipedia article (in German) to learn more about this. Alternatively, take bus 58 in the direction of "Eschborn West" to the stop "Höchster Markt" and then bus 51 in the direction of " Trift-/Frauenhofstraße" until the stop "Alter Friedhof Schwanheim". From there it is just a short 10 minute walk. On your way back, stop in Frankfurt-Hoechst and grab something to eat in the old town around the "Hoechster Schloss".

Do you know if the Opel Factory is open for ours? What is the cost of it and how long does it take to tour? Thanks

I'm pretty sure it's not open for tours when you consider it hardly builds anything anymore. Opel, like the rest of the German industry, is a shadow of its former self (actually owned by Stellantis) and that plant has like, one shift still going.

Regarding Hotels, the Grand Westin Frankfurt is at a great location just off a major shopping (walking) street. Although on Sunday, all stores are closed. It's starting to show it's age and I'm not sure if they have a pool. My favorite is the Sheraton at the Airport. Makes it easy to get to the airport in the morning and you can take the SBahn into the city from there. No pool though. If you don't have status for a Club Level room, and are paying with points, pay the extra 1,000 points and get a club level room. Their club rooms are in a different wing and much nicer then the standard rooms.

You picked two of my favorites. The Westin has a great lounge and is only one block from the train stop. Always treated well here and prefer to stay here unless I have an early flight out. In which case I would stay at FRA Sheraton (or Marriott - they are literally adjacent - and Marriott has a nicer lounge). The only downside to the FRA Sheraton is that it is a long walk from arrivals which is a PITA with multiple pieces of luggage. Also beware of the shuttle bus to Terminal 2 (non-*A carriers) - it took forever to arrive and was packed to the gills- we almost missed our flight out.
