ATMs imposing 50 EUR cap on visa withdrawals
I noticed the usenet post in the rec.travel.europe newsgroup with message-id <[email protected]>, where someone could no longer get more than 50 EUR from German ATMs if the card was visa.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I pulled out 500 Euro on Friday no problem. Out of a Sparkasse machine.
