Connect time in Munich 1 hour!?!
 

Flying Washington Dullas (IAD) to Istanbul (IST) with a stop in Munich (MUC) on Sept. 30
Leaving IAD @ 8:15 pm on LH415 & arriving in MUC @ 10:25 am on Oct. 1
Leaving MUC @ 11:20 am on LH 3352 & arriving in IST @ 2:55 pm on Oct. 1

Is there really enough time between flights to make this connection as Lufthansa claims?

Short answer: yes, easy (assuming no major delays, naturally). MUC is a delight to connect at!
